Salary: 37,000 - 42,000 DOE | Installation & Service Role
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected fire and security company in Birmingham. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions across commercial and residential sites and is known for genuinely looking after its engineers, providing a professional, supportive, and organised working environment.
This is a hands-on role focusing on installation, service, and small project work across fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems. You'll be working on a variety of projects, carrying out installations, fault-finding, testing, and ensuring all systems are completed to the highest standards and fully compliant with current regulations. The company places a strong emphasis on quality over quantity, giving engineers pride in their work.
The role includes:
Installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fire and security systems
Fault-finding, testing, and system handover
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Working across commercial and residential projects throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas

Proven experience in fire alarm, intruder alarm, or security system installation and service
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach
