Fire Door Contracts Supervisor

£45k/annum plus package

Our client, a leading interiors contractor are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager/Contracts Supervisor to lead fire compartmentation projects across the UK

We are hoping to appoint someone from a joinery background who has a sound technical and working knowledge of fire doors and an excellent understanding of current fire door regulations.

The successful applicant will also be expected to manage projects where passive fire compartmentation works are taking place so experience in this sector will also be advantageous.

You will be expected to work away from home often (around 80% of the time) so a willingness to do so is a pre-requisite for the role.

You must also have experience of running multiple contracts including the planning and execution of programmes, ordering materials, managing labour levels, ensuring full compliance, and ensuring that health & safety protocols are adhered to.

This is a permanent role and we are hoping to appoint someone in June 2025.

You will have SMSTS/SSSTS, 1st aid at work, CSCS and ideally NVQ2/3 in joinery or fire stopping.
