We're seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join a Midlands-based team delivering high-quality lease advisory and valuation services to a broad client base. While a significant portion of the work involves Licensed & Leisure and Retail properties, specific experience in these sectors is desirable but not essential - a strong background in general commercial property will be equally valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading lease advisory instructions across commercial property portfolios

Managing acquisition and disposal assignments

Overseeing valuation work for a variety of property types

Driving growth of the valuation offering across the Midlands
Requirements:

MRICS qualified, with significant post-qualification experience

Experience within the Licensed & Leisure or Retail sectors is a plus, but not required

Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills

Proven expertise in lease advisory and Red Book valuations

Strong commercial awareness and project management capability

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
