About the Company

A respected, family-run firm of Chartered Surveyors with national reach is looking to grow their team in the Birmingham area. Specialising in Level 2 Homebuyer Reports, Level 3 Building Surveys, Red Book valuations, and expert witness work, they are known for their supportive culture, technical excellence, and strong client reputation. Surveyors primarily work from home and meet regionally for collaboration and team support.

Technology and Support

The company uses a custom-built reporting app, designed by surveyors, to streamline the survey process. New team members are given time and support to settle into systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition. With a workload of one Level 3 survey or two Level 2 surveys per day, the role promotes balance and precision.
