About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and secure new business within the transport sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in pallet network distribution and/or Irish groupage/full load distribution (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role is going to be an entry role, the candidate will learn the commercial side of the business from the ground up, with a view to progressing to UK Commercial Manager - timescale wise for this progression depends on how quick they learn the business, but circa 3 years minimum.
