Join Our Team: We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Commercial to support our Managing Director in leading our commercial operations with a remit to drive growth. This role oversees the Marketing Manager and Events Manager, ensuring cohesive and effective strategies across all commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
Lead and manage the marketing and events teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach and market presence.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify trends.
Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximising ROI.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
Monitor and analyse the performance of commercial activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Prepare regular reports on commercial activities, performance, and financial results.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Working with and supporting volunteers in their commitment to our organisation values and business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Proficiency in commercial software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
