Thanks to continued growth and strategic expansion, we’re now looking to welcome a talented Parts and Service Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate and grow your pipeline working with an established client base.

You will be responsible for driving aftermarket sales by promoting and selling parts, service packages, and maintenance solutions to both new and existing customers. You’ll work closely with our service teams to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain strong, long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, the ability to meet targets, and a strong understanding of MHE products and service offerings. You will conduct your own market research and tap into prospecting clients out of our customer base too.

You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, within the MHE/ plant or agricultural background
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Understanding of parts and service solutions
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Self motivated with the drive to meet targets and go above and beyond expectations
  • Manage your own pipeline, utilising warm leads and prospecting new clients
  • Grow our capture rate on service plans
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Self sufficient with good time management skills
