What You’ll Be Doing:

Working within the team, reporting to the Store Manager, to help drive sales and exceed store targets.

Guide customers in choosing the perfect suit for every occasion, offering expert advice and styling tips.

Deliver impeccable service by taking accurate measurements and ensuring the ideal fit—whether off-the-rack or tailored.

Share your knowledge of fabrics, fits, and customisation options with confidence.

Build lasting relationships with clients, offering a personalised and memorable experience every time.

Represent the brand with pride, professionalism, and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year’s experience in tailoring—this is preferable

2+ years working in premium menswear or formalwear retail is desirable.

A genuine passion for fashion, especially formalwear and suiting.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Solid knowledge of tailoring, fabrics, and garment construction.

A team player with excellent time management and a client-first mindset.

Experience in made-to-measure is a bonus.
