£70,000 + Bonus + Company Car or Allowance + Excellent Benefits + Pension + Hybrid WorkingUK-Based | Occasional European TravelOn behalf of our client, a leading British manufacturer and distributor of high-quality temporary and permanent security fencing systems, we are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Specialist to join their expanding team.With manufacturing sites including an in-house powder coating plant - our client is uniquely positioned to control their entire supply chain, from steel sourcing and processing to the design and production of industry-leading security solutions.This is a fantastic opportunity for a specialist in the fencing or physical perimeter security sector to act as a subject matter expert, working closely with product development, design, and engineering teams to influence innovation and meet evolving customer needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure product specification with key clients, contractors, and distributors
  • Deliver training sessions, product demonstrations, and CPDs across the UK
  • Provide technical support to sales and operations teams, assisting with complex client requirements and project solutions
  • Collaborate with purchasing to identify new product opportunities
  • Play a vital role in shaping the direction of the fencing product portfolio

Although this is not a direct sales role, the successful candidate will work closely with the commercial team, supporting sales opportunities in a consultative, advisory capacity.Candidate Profile:We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate industry professional, ideally with prior experience in security fencing or a related specification-based sales environment. You'll be confident presenting to clients, comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, and driven by delivering practical, effective solutions.Additional Details:
