Role Responsibilities
聽
路Lead and develop detailed client briefs in coordination with stakeholders and senior colleagues
路Deliver a full suite of professional building surveying services including condition surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, party wall matters, and feasibility studies
路Prepare and manage detailed designs, specifications, and tender documentation
路Administer building contracts (primarily JCT)
路Act as primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes

Candidate Requirements

路MRICS qualification
路Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within commercial, retail, or education sectors
路Strong technical and professional knowledge across core surveying competencies
路Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
路Commercial awareness and ability to manage client expectations effectively
路Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, and NBS Chorus is advantageous (training can be provided)
