Tonic are assisting our client's search for a General Manager to join their busy gastro pub operation in Leek. This pub has lots of character and charm and is a firm favourite among locals and visitors. The pub offers a selection of guest ales and fresh food daily. Youll need experience within a pub environment, managing cask ale and cellar operations. As General Manager, you'll lead the team from the front and build on the company's excellent reputation.

What we are looking for in the General Manager candidates:

A proven track record of management experience within a pub environment
You must hold a valid personal licence
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
Experience with real ale, cellar management, and premium spirits is essential
Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
A true passion for hospitality and the customer journey
A food background would be desirable
