Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday on days

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, program, and operate the CNC machine to produce high-quality components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
  • Perform routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming or performance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience setting, programming, and operating CNC machines, preferably with Mazak controls (Matrix 2).
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable:
  • Familiarity with similar multi-axis turning centres or Mazak machines.
