Annual Salary: 32,000 to 38,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate the CNC machine to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming or performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proven experience setting, programming, and operating CNC machines, preferably with Mazak controls (Matrix 2).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Embrace opportunities for professional development and training.
- Familiarity with similar multi-axis turning centres or Mazak machines.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or apprenticeship background.
