- Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Mazak & Fanuc controls)
- Producing precision components from technical drawings
- Optimising programs for cycle time and tool life improvements
- Working with twin turret / twin spindle setups
- Carrying out first-off inspections and ensuring quality throughout production
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting when needed
- Strong experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter in a precision engineering environment
- Proficiency in Mazatrol and/or Fanuc programming
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Experience with multi-axis, twin turret/twin spindle machinery
- A methodical, detail-focused approach and pride in your work
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a collaborative team
- Competitive hourly rate: £17 – £19 (depending on experience)
