Rate: Inside IR35
Travel: Site car provided (must be able to travel to pick-up location and between sites)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NEC Site Supervisor to join a major High Speed Rail infrastructure project. This is a fantastic role for someone with a strong background in rail who is ready to hit the ground running and oversee works across multiple sites along the northern stretch of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site works in line with NEC contract requirements

  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all assigned sites

  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams

  • Monitor progress across various compounds and satellite sites

  • Regular travel between up to 8 sublots (spanning 60+ km)

Essential Requirements:
  • NEC Accreditation

  • Rail experience is a must

  • Full UK driving licence – able to travel between sites and access a provided site vehicle

  • Based within commutable distance to Birmingham and wider North section project sites

You’ll be working out of the Birmingham offices initially, before moving across multiple sublots from Long Itchington to Lichfield. Each sublot consists of a main compound and several satellite sites.
