Site Manager key responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Lead and support a facilities team, including external vendors and contractors.
- Manage preventive maintenance and regular servicing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
- Handle facilities budgets, cost control, and contract management.
- Drive site efficiency improvements and respond to emergencies promptly.
Site Manager desired skills and experience:
- Experience within a similar role - FM Manager, Facilities Manager etc.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
- Skilled in using CMMS, BMS, and other maintenance-related software.
- Technically hands-on with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
