Job description:

Warehouse Team Leader - Days (Hams Hall, Birmingham)

We are recruiting a Team Leader to manage a busy warehouse team at Hams Hall, Birmingham. This is a daytime role, leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

Shift & Hours:

  • 06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday but you make have to stay longer if needed

Pay Rate: 15.12 per hour (31,457.79 per year)

Role Type: Temp-to-perm after 12 weeks

Requirements:

  • Previous Team Leader experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate a team and maintain high operational standards

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising the warehouse team
  • Ensuring tasks such as re-packing, labelling, and quality checks are completed efficiently
  • Maintaining health, safety, and quality standards
  • Reporting progress and issues to management

Interview:

  • Candidates will need to attend an on-site interview for this position
