Contracts Supervisor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

- Oversee and manage roofing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in the roofing industry, with a strong understanding of various roofing systems and techniques.
- Previous supervisory or management experience within construction or roofing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
