What You Will Do:

- Ensure site teams comply with H&S regulations and client safety policies.

- Develop and conduct comprehensive testing schedules, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Lead a team of site engineers to deliver work schedules on time to customer deadlines.

- Manage the commercial performance of contracts, ensuring budgetary control over all costs.

- Conduct site surveys at client sites and tender for small to medium electrical work.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Will Bring:

- Relevant NVQ or Degree level Electrical Qualification.

- Proven experience in electrical project management, with a focus on contracts management.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- A valid Driving Licence.
