Do you have good refurbishment experience? Are you a project or contracts manager looking to work for an expanding contractor. This Contractor specliase in high end refurbishment projects, prominently with student accommodation as well as hotels and residential. This company have built a strong client base allowing rapid growth over the last 5 years. With summer always being their busiest period they are looking to recruit a Project Manager, with proven refurbishment experience, to join the business and work on upcoming projects.You will be site based up to three times a week and home based twice, you must be willing to travel across the country with the occasional overnight stays. You will be tasked with ensuring projects are complete on time and to budget with responsibilities including overseeing budget control, liaising with clients, following project programme and organising labour. The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management background on refurbishment or fit out projects.
