I'm looking for a Painter / Decorator for a project working in tenanted Social Housing Properties in and around south Birmingham. This is an ongoing contract.
The Painter / Decorator will be expected to:
- Paint Properties
- Treat and wash damp and mold
- Decorate Properties
Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Painter / Decorator that have:
- Experience Painting / Decorating in social housing
- Experience working with damp and mold
- Less than 5 points on their licence and no unspent criminal convictions
And in return, the Painter / Decorator will receive:
- 18-19 p/hr
- Van and a feul card
- Ongoing work
