This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment, delivering essential maintenance and refurbishment works.The Role:

Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and emulsion.
Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas.
Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow-up requirements to your team leader.

What You Need:

Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential or facilities setting.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must provide own paintbrushes and rollers.
