This is an exciting opportuntity to join a Main Contractoras they grow out their new division.

This position will suit an experienced Project Manager looking to make a step up into a Contracts Manager role, or a Contracts Manager looking to take on a new challenge and become a focal point in a new, promising division.

This role will suit someone comfortable being out on the road, with projects won across the south and anoffice based in the North.

You will have a steel-frame background in an Industrial, Hotel, Leisure, Care Home etc type of Main Contractor.

This is a brilliant business and opportunity and joining as a Contracts Manager at this time presents the opportunity to become a leading figure in the division with progression and development opportunity.

We have targeted the Midlands purely due to it's central geography and will suit the need to travel - however do not be deterred if you are based elsewhere and are happy to travel.
