AC ENGINEER WITH COMMERCIAL CONTRACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A TEMP TO PERM POSITION ACROSS THE WEST MIDLANDS
Job Title: Mobile AC Engineer
Location: West midlands
Hourly Rate: £21.27 - £28.25 per hour
Contract length: 6 months – Temp to perm
Call out 1in4
Van Provided & Fuel Card – No private use
All specialist tools provided
Mix of office blocks, car parks Zoo etc
Responsibilities For Mobile AC Engineer Role:
very strong in building services as they will be doing basic compliance PPMs such as water temperatures and emergency lighting to name a few as well as AC servicing breakdowns etc..
The role full time will be 47k basic for the right candidate.
Scope of role,
• Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with an hours unpaid lunch.
• AC Bias with a heavy Building service element.
• Region is whole of the midlands but mainly concentrated towards the west midlands.
• Will be on a callout rota 1 in 4
West or East Midlands more toward West.
Some experience
Ideally a bit of longevity
Temp to perm after 6 months
Building services work too
Requirements for Electrical Engineer Role:
AC Biased
FGAS CAT 1
NVQ LEVEL 2 IN AIR CON
