The Role

Lead pre-contract reviews and manage commercial risk

Work collaboratively with sales, estimating and legal teams

Provide technical/commercial input across HVAC, fire protection, fire detection, suppression and sprinkler systems

Ensure proposals and contract terms are commercially sound and compliant
What We’re Looking For

Strong MEP / Building Services background — essential

Experience in HVAC, fire suppression, fire detection, or sprinkler systems

Proven Senior QS or Contract Manager experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
