We're working with a well-established, employee-owned sustainability consultancy in the West Midlands that is looking to grow its expert team. If you're passionate about sustainable design and want to help shape greener buildings across the UK, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and deliver BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post-construction
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to meet sustainability goals
  • Manage evidence collection and credit submissions for certification
  • Stay up to date with sustainability regulations and BREEAM standards
  • Provide expert sustainability advice throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor
  • 2-3 years of experience delivering BREEAM assessments
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Background in sustainability, architecture, engineering, or environmental science (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
