About the Role - AAT Apprenticeship Trainer

As an AAT Apprenticeship Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, curriculum-aligned training to apprentices at varying levels of their learning journey. From designing engaging lessons to providing tailored mentoring and support, your role is central to helping learners develop into confident, work-ready professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering accounting-focused training in a clear and accessible way

  • Supporting apprentices with personalised coaching, guidance, and feedback

  • Creating assessments and tracking learner progression

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant learner records

  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance teaching materials and learner experience

Who We’re Looking For
