Financial Services Training Consultant

Full Time – 35 hours | Permanent | Remote

Salary £66,000 (negotiable for candidate with suitable skills and experience)

(With travel to Birmingham City Centre & other UK locations)

We’re looking for an experienced Training Consultant to design and deliver engaging onboarding and development programmes for Financial Services staff, including FCA-certified colleagues. You’ll play a key role in giving new hires the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel, while also upskilling existing teams to keep performance high.

What you’ll do:

  • Scope and manage training plans to close skills gaps.
  • Deliver induction programmes remotely and in person.
  • Create blended learning for new and existing colleagues.
  • Keep training content accurate, current, and compliant.
  • Equip managers to embed learning into day-to-day performance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Level 4 Financial Services qualification (e.g., CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
  • Proven training/coaching experience in a regulated advice environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and a motivational style.
  • Knowledge of regulations and investment platforms.
