PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful high-street retail brand with the appointment of a Regional Trainer to join a busy L&D/People Development team.

This role can offer hybrid working with 2 days at home and 3 days in store per week.

The region will cover the East Midlands, West Midlands and Northamptonshire

Description

The role of Regional Trainer will cover a region of stores around the West Midlands area, you will work closely with Area and Store Managers to support with the learning & development of store-based staff.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Scope, design and deliver performance focused development training sessions and coaching activity to retail audiences, in both virtual and face-to-face facilitated sessions.
  • Work with area & regional managers to improve team KPI delivery, identify trends, and work in partnership to improve areas of concern through effective individual and team development activities.
  • Conduct follow-up activity to ensure impact after sessions
  • Individual and group coaching activities

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar role - you will be comfortable visiting different sites and delivering a range of training material to improve store performances
