KM Recruitment is seeking a Retrofit Domestic Energy Tutor Assessor, either Trainee or Qualified, for a full-time, permanent position in the Midlands.
The salary for this role is up to £27,000, depending on skills and experience, and comes with an excellent benefits package, including a pension and expenses.
Candidates should ideally hold a recognised Assessor award, though the client will provide training for the successful candidate if necessary.
Essential qualifications include a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification and occupational competency within Retrofit or Domestic Energy Assessment.
Applicants must also possess good ICT skills, a full clean driving licence, and be flexible with travel to support learners with their assessments.

Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (not essential, as our client will put the successful candidate through the Assessor qualification!)
Hold occupational competency within Retrofit or Domestic Energy Assessment.
Must hold a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
Confident with classroom / small group-based delivery
Must have a good level of ICT skills
Confident to support learners with Maths and English Functional Skills (as required).
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards the Domestic Energy Assessor Course at Level 3.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
