Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to ensure adoption and engagement.

Design and deliver training sessions, user guides, and support materials tailored to various employee groups.

Serve as the primary internal expert and point of contact for the new LMS functionality and user support.

Align the LMS implementation with broader L&D strategies, including onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, and performance management.

Evaluate learning needs and recommend scalable solutions using the new LMS capabilities.

Be the go to person in the business for Digital and Skills based learning

Profile

A successful Learning and Development Manager should have:

  • Experience in organisational development and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change.
  • Experience in a stand alone role.
  • Deep understanding of Workday/Cornerstone
  • Strong skills in fostering a positive and innovative team culture.
  • Strong Digital Learning background
