Diagnose and repair faults in smoke extraction systems, Fire Dampers and extract fansWhat you'll need to succeed
- Good understanding of standards and regulations relating to fire dampers and smoke extract systems covering BS9999 / BS9991 and HVAC knowledge
- Maintain smoke extraction systems and extract fans to ensure they operate reliably and efficiently.
- Strong technical knowledge of systems, fire alarms and interfaces, including system operations
- Perform timely maintenance and repairs to minimise system downtime and disruptions.
- Provide technical expertise and support clients to ensure their needs are met and understanding of their duties under such requirements is clear.
- Stay updated with industryAdvancements and implement best practices to improve system performance and maintenance processes
