- Manage and collect customer accounts efficiently.Â
- Take ownership of your own ledger section.Â
- Meet and deliver agreed collection targets.Â
- Control and monitor daily debt activity.Â
- Monitor cash allocation and take corrective action where necessary.Â
- Ensure all processes align with the company’s credit policy.Â
- Escalate serious issues to the Team Leader or Credit Manager.Â
- Complete daily tasks such as resolving unallocated cash, clearing accounts off dispute, and following up with customers who have missed payments.Â
- Experience managing higher-value accounts in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Strong understanding of finance and account management principles.Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.Â
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse international clients.Â
- Organisational skills and adaptability to handle new challenges daily.Â
- Knowledge of media or publishing processes (advantageous but not essential).Â
- Monday to Friday, on-site in Birmingham.Â
