Our client is in search of a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic call centre team based in Birmingham. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a small, dedicated team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The primary focus of this position is handling various complaints, including staff, legal, and escalation issues.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, your role will be pivotal in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
