Our client is in search of a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic call centre team based in Birmingham. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a small, dedicated team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The primary focus of this position is handling various complaints, including staff, legal, and escalation issues.

What you'll do:
As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, your role will be pivotal in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of complaints, ranging from staff-related issues to legal matters, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised in managing stakeholders and conducting thorough investigations. Working closely with your team and line manager, you will strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Your ability to collaborate effectively with other departments will be key in resolving customer issues.
