Are you passionate about driving impactful change in the people space? Bridge Recruitment are looking for a dynamic People Projects Lead to join a reputable Manufacturing HR team and bring key initiatives to life - from enhancing employee experience to shaping inclusive workplace policies.
What youll be doing:
Lead and deliver HR projects across engagement, inclusion, policy, and systems.
Drive employee experience initiatives, including engagement surveys and action planning.
Support diversity & inclusion efforts, from events and campaigns to data reporting.
Optimise HR processes and systems for better efficiency and experience.
Partner with stakeholders to align on goals, track progress, and communicate outcomes.
Help shape the future of HR by supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
What youll bring:
Strong project management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Ability to influence and collaborate across different teams.
Experience in HR or people-focused project roles.
