Inbound Customer Support Sales Advisor
£22,865 basic + up to £3,000 bonus | 35 hours per week over 4 days | Fully Remote | Permanent Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Customers - Be the first point of contact for customers calling with questions, updates, or repair bookings
- Solving Problems - Help customers with faulty appliances by arranging repairs and offering practical solutions
- Sales That Make Sense - Use your natural communication skills to introduce relevant protection plans that fit each customer’s needs
- Building Rapport - Create meaningful conversations, understand what matters to each customer, and guide them to the best possible service
Your Schedule
- 4-day work week - Enjoy a better work-life balance with fixed shifts from Sunday to Wednesday
- 35 hours per week - Two 8.5-hour shifts and two 9-hour shifts, all starting at 8am
- Fully remote - Work from anywhere in the UK with all equipment provided
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in both sales and customer service (ideally in a contact centre environment)
- Confidence in holding conversations that build trust and offer real value
- A proactive mindset with a natural ability to spot sales opportunities
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and a clear, professional phone manner

Things to Note
To ensure you hit the ground running, no holidays will be authorised in the first 6 weeks of employment while training is completed.
