Inbound Customer Support Sales Advisor

£22,865 basic + up to £3,000 bonus | 35 hours per week over 4 days | Fully Remote | Permanent Role

Looking for a role that fits around your life without compromising on career progression or earning potential? We’re partnering with a leading aftercare provider for domestic appliances to recruit confident, people-focused individuals for their fully remote Customer Support Sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Customers - Be the first point of contact for customers calling with questions, updates, or repair bookings
  • Solving Problems - Help customers with faulty appliances by arranging repairs and offering practical solutions
  • Sales That Make Sense - Use your natural communication skills to introduce relevant protection plans that fit each customer’s needs
  • Building Rapport - Create meaningful conversations, understand what matters to each customer, and guide them to the best possible service

Your Schedule

  • 4-day work week - Enjoy a better work-life balance with fixed shifts from Sunday to Wednesday
  • 35 hours per week - Two 8.5-hour shifts and two 9-hour shifts, all starting at 8am
  • Fully remote - Work from anywhere in the UK with all equipment provided

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in both sales and customer service (ideally in a contact centre environment)
  • Confidence in holding conversations that build trust and offer real value
  • A proactive mindset with a natural ability to spot sales opportunities
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and a clear, professional phone manner
