Hays is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an HR Data Analyst / Cleanser on an interim basis. This 12-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical HR data quality initiatives ahead of a major system transition to Oracle in 2026.Working closely with the HR Team Leader and the newly appointed Senior HR Data Analyst, you will help ensure the current Oracle system is thoroughly cleansed and optimised, laying the groundwork for a smooth and successful migration.?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis and cleansing of existing HR data in Oracle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and gaps
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with future system requirements
  • Support reporting and audit activities led by the Senior HR Data Analyst
  • Maintain data integrity and readiness throughout the Oracle transition process

?? Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with experience in data cleansing or data quality roles
  • Familiarity with Oracle HR systems or similar enterprise platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Previous experience in HR or data analysis is highly desirable.
