Site Access Coordinator - 25,000 per annum + standard company benefits

West Midlands - 5 days a week on site - Scheduling / Site Access in telecoms highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end site access for reactive and planned works, considering site-specific limitations and landlord requirements.
  • Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for ground-level and at-height activities.
  • Liaise with supply chain partners, arrange supervision where required, and issue access instructions and documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and contractors on access-related queries, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on access activities, costs, and operational issues.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with access information, site data, and defect management records.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and report KPI failures, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key Skills / Experience

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, delivering high standards to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
  • (Desirable) Experience in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of HSEQ, RAMS, and safe systems of work.
