Working Pattern: Full Time -
Driving Required: Yes across West Midlands
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety for our service users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all assigned cleaning tasks to a compliant standard within the designated timeframe.
  • Reporting all completed cleans to your Line Manager and updating the AORA system.
  • Ensuring the safety of all service users while you work in their properties.
  • Using cleaning materials and equipment in accordance with provided guidelines.
  • Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated during cleaning duties.
  • Informing the Maintenance Administration Department about any safety defects encountered.
  • Conducting thorough cleans, including carpets, using the appropriate equipment and PPE.

Who You Are:
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in a team environment and thrive on effective time management. Here's what you need to succeed:

Essential Skills:

  • A valid driver's licence (mandatory)
  • Competency in IT for reporting and communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous cleaning experience in households or large accommodations
  • Proven experience working collaboratively in a team
  • Experience managing your time effectively
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
