You will deliver small group interventions, offer one-to-one assistance, and help children prepare for assessments. Your role will also involve assisting with lesson preparation, tracking pupil progress, and fostering a positive learning environment where every child can succeed.The Candidate:You should hold a degree in any subject and have a genuine interest in education. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to engage with young learners are essential. Experience in a school setting or working with children will strengthen your application.Requirements
  • Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
  • Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
  • Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Desire to work in education/with children – A genuine interest in supporting pupils and progressing into teaching.
  • Experience working with children – Any relevant experience such as tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering is desirable but not essential.
