You’ll lead small intervention groups, provide one-to-one support, and assist teachers with lesson delivery and resource preparation. Your work will help build pupil confidence, boost attainment, and ensure every child is engaged in their learning.The Candidate:You should hold a degree in any subject and have a genuine interest in working with children in a school environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential. Any previous experience working with children will support your application.Requirements
  • Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
  • Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
  • Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Desire to work in education/with children – A genuine interest in supporting young learners and developing a career in education.
  • Experience working with children – Any relevant experience such as tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering is desirable but not essential.
