You’ll provide both in-class support and targeted interventions outside of lessons. You’ll also assist with planning resources, preparing activities, and helping to manage behaviour. This role offers real variety, and a clear view of what teaching involves.You’ve got a 2:1 or above, strong A-Levels, and some experience working with children—whether through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or school-based roles. You’re confident, clear in your communication, and ready to support pupils who need encouragement and structure.
