Are you passionate about shaping the future of HR and organisational development? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join the company at a pivotal time. This is a 12 month FTC.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch of a service and the integration of operations across their workforce and partners. You'll be at the heart of designing the future organisation, supporting the development of our people strategy and integrated services.

Description

  • Coordinating research and analysis that feeds into:
  • The Staff Engagement Plan - helping guide our workforce through mobilisation.
  • The Business Structure & Staffing Plan - developing the new organisational structure, job roles and Terms & Conditions.
  • Analyse and present HR/OD data to support strategy development.
  • Conduct research into best practices across HR and OD disciplines including staff engagement, leadership, culture and change.
  • Support the organisational restructure, liaising with legal teams and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor trends and developments in HR, including pay, roles, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a structured library of HR/OD documents (e.g., role profiles, policies, T&Cs).
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our HR practices.
  • Provide confidential support on sensitive matters impacting the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, colleagues, and managers across the organisation.
  • Organise and facilitate staff engagement events and workshops.
  • Influence key HR/OD deliverables across the wider business.
  • Support external bench marking and partnership activities.
