AAT Student Mentor
Full time, permanent, 100% remote
- If you are an experienced accounts person with formal accountancy qualifications (AAT level 3 or above) had you thought about becoming a mentor to AAT students?
- Maybe you have done some training or mentoring or induction training at work and enjoyed the satifaction providing people with new skills brings.
- It would be a permanent role and the start of a career journey to become an AAT Tutor.
- You would initially support AAT Students with their studies, this would allow you to learn the curriculum fully and gain the skills necessary to be a professional AAT Tutor.
- As an AAT Student Mentor, you would be allocated a coach who would support you through your studies and progression into becoming an AAT Tutor.
- You will have the opportunity to study for assessing and training qualifications.

To apply for the role of AAT Student Mentor:
- You must possess AAT level 3 as an absolute minimum and be working towards level 4.
- You must have a sound track record within an accounts office. This role is not suitable for someone straight out of education with no practical experience. You must possess sound work experience within accountancy.
- You must have a dedicated work space at home and be a UK resident.
- You must be a clear, concise communicator - verbally and written.
