Job role: Home Manager
Location: South Birmingham
Salary: 33,000 + bonus opportunity
In partnership with a leading provider of residential care and supported living I am on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced Home Manager to lead a specialist service supporting adults with complex needs, including autism, EUPD, forensic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
This is a firsthand leadership role for someone who thrives in high-complexity environments and is ready to drive quality, compliance, and team development. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional care delivery, staff performance, and regulatory standards.
What You will Bring
- Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
- Proven experience in complex learning disabilities settings (autism, EUPD, forensic, mental health)
- Management experience at deputy level or above
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage home operations within budget and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee staff rotas and delegate duties effectively.
- Conduct risk assessments and service user evaluations.
- Drive audit processes and action planning.
- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings.
- Support HR processes including investigations and hearings.
