Salary: 33,000 + bonus opportunity

In partnership with a leading provider of residential care and supported living I am on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced Home Manager to lead a specialist service supporting adults with complex needs, including autism, EUPD, forensic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.

This is a firsthand leadership role for someone who thrives in high-complexity environments and is ready to drive quality, compliance, and team development. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional care delivery, staff performance, and regulatory standards.

What You will Bring

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
  • Proven experience in complex learning disabilities settings (autism, EUPD, forensic, mental health)
  • Management experience at deputy level or above
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage home operations within budget and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee staff rotas and delegate duties effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and service user evaluations.
  • Drive audit processes and action planning.
  • Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings.
  • Support HR processes including investigations and hearings.
