At Aspire People we work with Primary schools right across the West Midlands . We have been asked by several Clients to find long term cover starting in September 2025. We have long term roles in both KS1 and KS2 .Are you a Fully Qualified Teacher ,enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring young minds? Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
Assessing, tracking, and supporting each student's progress
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child's development and success
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong passion for teaching at the primary level
Strong understanding of the curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare (DBS clearance required)
