Key Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical design process across multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
Produce high-quality electrical design specifications, drawings, and schedules
Undertake site inspections, surveys, and attend client and design team meetings
Manage junior engineers and provide mentorship where required
Coordinate with mechanical and other design disciplines to deliver integrated MEP solutions
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Contribute to internal process improvements and support the business in achieving its strategic growth targets

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in building services electrical design
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE guidelines
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, and Amtech
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Experience working on projects in the commercial, residential and/or heritage sectors
Degree-qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
Chartered or working toward chartership (e.g., CEng, MIET or MCIBSE) desirable
