Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have a new position for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a top client of ours in a permanent staff role. This role offers the fantastic opportunity to work on a range of healthcare, commercial and residential projects on a hybrid basis in Birmingham.

Our client is a Mechanical, Engineering, and Public Health consultancy, known for delivering innovative and sustainable building services solutions across a range of sectors including, education, heritage, and defence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design electrical systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and education projects.

-Produce drawings, specs, and calculations using industry software.

-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

-Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams.

-Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

-Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

-Skilled in Amtech, and Dialux/Relux, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency being beneficial.

-Good knowledge of British Standards and building regulations.

-Strong communication skills.
