The Role:
- Covering 4sites, all supermarkets
- PPM, servicing and repairs on Electrical and MechanicalSystems across the site including AHU's, Lighting and HVAC equipment.
- Support other fabric tasks where required.
- Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards of workmanship.
- Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
