The Field Service Team plays a critical role in maintaining these standards, and the company is now seeking an experienced engineer ready to take the next step in their career. This is a customer-facing, dynamic role, ideal for an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to join a growing and forward-thinking team.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance on CNC machines in line with internal service standards.

Visit customer sites regularly to service and repair machines, while building and maintaining excellent working relationships.

Provide technical support to colleagues and customers regarding the CNC machine range.

Adhere to strict health and safety practices in accordance with company standards.

Keep current with new machine models and control systems by attending training sessions as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
-
Must be based in the Yorkshire area.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
-
Engineering HNC and Modern Apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant experience.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a maintenance-based role (post-apprenticeship) working with machine tools.

Strong mechanical and electrical fitting skills.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with 5-axis machining centres and multi-tasking turning centres

Knowledge of at least one of the following control systems: Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

IT literacy, including use of PC, mobile devices, and email.
