The role involves working primarily on residential properties, covering installations, repairs, and testing. Carry out electrical installations in domestic properties (e.g. rewires, new sockets, lighting, consumer unit upgrades).
Perform maintenance and fault-finding tasks in occupied and void homes.
Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards (BS7671).
Provide clear communication with homeowners, tenants, and team members.
Maintain accurate job records and complete necessary certification.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) – Required.
Experience working in domestic environments.
ECS Gold Card – Preferred.
Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) – Desirable.
